Immediate Implant

In select cases the implant can be put in at the same time as the extraction. Frequently, a temporary crown can be made to fit on top of the implant in the same appointment. After approximately five months of healing, the patient is returned to the general dentist to make the permanent crown.

"All on Four" Implant System

The “All on Four” concept involves removing all of the teeth in the jaw and replacing them with four strategically placed implants. The periodontist and your general dentist work as a team to construct a temporary bridge that will be connected to the implants to restore function and aesthetics in the same appointment that the implants are done. After about four months of healing, the patient is returned to the general dentist to make the permanent bridge that will be fastened to the implants.

The same day, four implants were placed and a temporary bridge was attached.

Aesthetics and function were immediately restored. After the implants have healed, the permanent bridge will be made.
