Dr. Shields provides sedation dentistry to eliminate apprehension and anxiety. The patient remembers little, if any, of the procedure so the patient can have treatment in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Shields has been providing sedation dentistry since 1975 using either Nitrous oxide gas or intravenous medications.
